In order to receive a refund, you will need to complete minimum program requirements, including the New Member course, new member questionnaire, receiving your personal travel rewards plan and reaching out to our team for help if you have questions or don’t feel like it’s a fit. This ensures you’ve exhausted all of our resources, so you can make an informed decision. We know how much we can help families who truly make the effort to learn our system and who take advantage of our 1-on-1 support!
Request a refund by emailing the support email address you receive upon becoming a member. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, indicating you have completed all requirements before your request is reviewed.
